Relaxation Breathing

Follow this quick breathing exercise for a calm and entered start to the season.


  • Take a deep breath in through your nose for four counts
  • Ensure that you are breathing into your belly and not your chest
  • Hold your breath for four counts
  • Release your breath slowly through your mouth for four counts
  • Repeat the process a minimum of four times
  • Concentrate on inhaling positivity and exhaling negativity
