Follow this quick breathing exercise for a calm and entered start to the season.

- Take a deep breath in through your nose for four counts
- Ensure that you are breathing into your belly and not your chest
- Hold your breath for four counts
- Release your breath slowly through your mouth for four counts
- Repeat the process a minimum of four times
- Concentrate on inhaling positivity and exhaling negativity
