Keto friendly Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Although incredibly tasty and nutrient packed, most Smoothie Bowls are notorious for carrying a bucket load of hidden sugars. Not this one! Ketogenic and vegan, this easy to make snack will fill you up with goodness in no time at all.

Ingredients:

250ml Coconut Yogurt (whipped coconut cream can also be used)

1 scoop Himalayan Salted Caramel protein powder by Prana On

1 heaped tbsp Mayvers Peanut Cacao spread (Coconut Cacao can also be used in place)

Blueberries

Chia seeds

Sunflower seeds

Coconut chips

Cacao nibs

Method:

Simply mix the coconut yogurt with the protein powder and top with the ingredients listed. Enjoy immediately!!
